The following is information that is on each application. Please read it carefully.
Rules of eligibility: This is an invitational fine arts and fine crafts show. Artists may exhibit and sell their media, PROVIDED THAT EACH PIECE OF WORK IS OF ORIGINAL DESIGN AND EXECUTION BY THE ARTIST EXHIBITING! Examples of NON-ACCEPTABLE artwork or crafts would include such items as imports, dried flower arrangements, country crafts, dolls, decoupage, painted or handmade clothing, Christmas ornaments, quilts, ceramic casts from commercial molds, manufactured jewelry such as chains, beads, belt buckles, etc., or jewelry made from commercial waxes. In short, anything that is made with the use of purchased patterns, plans, kits, prefabricated forms, molds, or anything purchased and being resold as artwork. Reproduction prints must also be signed and numbered as to size of edition. By making application to participate in the art show, the artist certifies that all work is in strict conformity with thi paragraph and agrees that the Art Show Committee is the sole arbiter of any dispute under this paragraph and that the decision of the Art Show Committee is final and binding on all persons. The Art Show Committee reserves the right to reject any entry or exhibit that does not comply with these rules and the exhibitor will be asked to leave the show and no refunds will be given.
Rain Arrangements: No indoor rain location. Each artist is responsible fro providing his own protection from the elements for himself, his work, and his display material. Unfortunately registration money cannot be refunded because of undesirable weather.
Exhibition: Each artist will be responsible for preparing, exhibiting, set up and take down of their work, and collecting the 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax. A twelve by twelve foot display area is provided. Spaces are pre-assigned and non-transferable. Information on set up time, parking, map, etc. will be included with the acceptance letter.
Fee: A non-refundable fee of $140.00 will be charged for each booth space. No commission on sales. Only one artist per booth. No groups may enter.
To apply: Complete the form and return with entry fee, payable to GREEN LAKE ARTS COUNCIL, three (3) slides/photos of work to be sold, one (1) slide/photo of booth display, (clearly label each slide/photo with your name) and a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED LEGAL #10 SIZE ENVELOPE TO:

Slides/photos MUST be representative of works to be sold. The ART SHOW COMMITTEE reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work that is not consistent with submitted slides or photos or show rules. Entry deadline is July 1st or UNTIL FULL. Applications are juried on a first come basis, the committee notifies the applicants within 4 weeks with the results.
